There are now 2 small clipboards with a simple form for you to complete should you want your request for an appointment to be confidential. Please ask the team if you want to do this
If you are on a number of different medications, please ask for a medication review with our Pharmacy team. They can discuss changing the prescription length on your medication so that you can request all of them together. (Controlled drugs and acute issues do not apply)
