Please raise a request through eConsult with your details if you have been referred by Opticians, Podiatry and Audiometry professionals. You will only be contacted if there are any queries.

If you are looking to access specialist treatment through private healthcare, we will need to create a specialist referral letter. Please raise an eConsult in the first instance with as much information as possible, or make an appointment with a Doctor to discuss further.

Please provide as much information as possible through eConsult. For straightforward referrals such as a sports injury, it may be possible to refer without an appointment. If an appointment is required, then the surgery will contact you to discuss further.

If you feel that you are suffering from a musculoskeletal complaint that could benefit from Physiotherapy, you are now able to make a direct referral to the County Durham Integrated MSK Service (CD IMS). This offers patients greater choice and faster access to hospital services without the need to visit your GP.
